  This is pretty late in coming, but it's still worth mentioning. Our experience with Pinehurst was GREAT. They worked with us constantly as we kept tweaking the design and having new ideas. Even well into construction we changed the floorplan in part of the house that was being framed, and the result was a house that we absolutely love. It's been 14 years now and it is honestly really amazing how well the house has held up. Flooring isn't pulling up, cracks aren't appearing in drywall. Most appliances have lived their useful and life and been replaced, but the main structure is still in very good shape. We had no issues working with Pinehurst, and went back to them to get a design of an attached enclosed deck that we built ourselves. Even there, they were VERY helpful and always willing to talk to me on the phone to help me navigate the challenge of construction. I'm now going back to them AGAIN for another deck design( that's when I noticed only 1 review). I'd happily recommend them to anyone needing something done, as their patience with me was limitless and the quality of the work has absolutely stood the test of time.
