  Highly recommended for anyone in the Pilot Mountain area. They've always provided fast customer service and get the job done at a fair price. We got a new HVAC from Pilot Mechanical about 16 years ago and have had to call them a few times for maintenance since. Most recently our furnace quit working on a frozen Saturday morning and PM had a man out within a few hours of calling, found an obscure part had gone wrong and had it replaced from their own warehouse. From install through the life of the HVAC system, they've been reliable and good communication. You can't go wrong with this locally owned business.

  These folks have always provided prompt, friendly, economic, and reliable service to my household. When AC goes bad, I often fear a $2000 bill coming my way... this has not been the case as Pilot Mech has been wonderful to work with and my charges thus far have been less than $150 per visit. I have had two issues in three years that were both rather minimal.. This is greatly appreciated and I thank them and hope the excellent service continues.

  When my AC went dead, I was afraid that I was going to have to replace or spend a great deal of money to repair the unit. Gary at dispatch worked it out so a repair technician would be there the same day I called. In the current Covid19 climate, I was expecting to have to wait at least 2 days. Keith, a repair tech, came to look at the unit. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about my unit. He determined 2 things were causing the problem, and they were very minor issues. He was able to fix the unit, get the AC running again, explained a lot about how these units work to me as he was working and polite and professional the whole while. My experience was excellent. I will call upon them again.
