  The builder of our home placed our AC units on the top level on a small platform. They were very hard to access and when one unit failed multiple companies declined to help us. Pileiro was happy to help and we signed on to their service plan. Every interaction with them thus far has been pleasant and professional.

  We met with Chris to gather information regarding installation of a heater and air conditioner. After consulting with other contractors we asked if Chris could come back and answer more questions regarding moving the AC unit to a first floor deck. He came that day and followed up the conversation with a very specific email. We scheduled the work and on installation day Jake, Tim and Bobby arrived on time and spent the whole day installing the systems. Toward the end of the day Bobby set up and patiently went over the programmable thermostat until we felt secure in using it. The crew did a great job cleaning up and we love the new system. This company has our highest recommendation as well as our thanks for doing a great job.

  We had Pileiro install a Mitsubishi AC unit in our summer home. We could not be more pleased with the outcome. The install was very professional and clean.
