  We cannot say enough good things about Rob Pierson and his staff. A year ago, he installed a HVAC system in our home. We interviewed 3 other companies before deciding on Piersons. In the last twenty years we have had some very unpleasant dealings with heating and cooling companies, so we were very thorough in making our decision about who would replace our old system. My husband and I were impressed with Piersons' approach to our needs, their knowledge and expertise...prices were comparable, also. Last month an issue came up (on a hoilday weekend) and Rob Pierson responded quickly and went above and beyond our expectations in taking care of our situation! We are very grateful.
