  Where do you start. Our tech visited once and could not determine what the issue was because we were instructed to turn off the system. However, the previous techs could never identify the issue because they could not see what was actually happening. But we obliged and turns out they need the system to be on. (Mistake 1). They come out a second time and determine that it's an issue with the compressor (solenoid) and state that they will have to get a part and "will be right back". They never return, that day or ever. And without any communication for 2 weeks. Meanwhile we communicated with them that our A/C has been out for nearly 2 months, stressing urgency. Apparently falling on deaf ears. We are using a home warranty company (American Home Shield) and have noticed that repair companies tend to keep you on the low priority list. Thanks for not disappointing Piedmont! If you take issue with this review or find it inaccurate, please call me. I'm sure we are in your system. I'd love to talk about it.

  It's been a week since service was requested through American Home Shield and repairs have not been completed. Tech was out for about 5 min to inform me the system was frozen and would need to thaw. He said he would be out either on Sat or Mon to look at it. Didn't show either day and I can not get anyone to return my call. Very frustrated.

  Worked for them once and the foreman and other guys were smoking pot during lunch. Otherwise typical contractor doing welding and other mechanical work.
