  I can't say enough about this group of people I am a veteran and I became homeless and had no idea what I was going to do and because of picca. Having a care for their community and the veterans in it that they have a nice facility for homeless veterans to get back on their feet and so far it's been an amazing experience and I don't know where I would be without them literally don't know where I'd be or if I'd be even alive through the great counselors they have the great association they have with all the local community vendors and groups they supply a superior experience for anyone that needs help with anything hats off to these people they're doing amazing job

  I wish I could give negative stars. An organization designed to help people in housing them but NOT IN THIS TOWN! It's a family run bullying business. I don't have enough energy to type everything wrong with it..#NIGHTMARE

  I got there before the closing time 4:30pm to get an application for assistance but was told the 2 ladies who handle that already left work EARLY apparently and the applications aren't even out in an area for the public, the ladies keep them locked up in their offices. I wasn't happy, actually started crying cuz I don't have a car to get their everyday to pick that up from their. They need to make applications available to the public easier so if they leave EARLY, people can still pick up an application for assistance.
