  A wonderful experience from start to finish. Phoenix energy solutions has been servicing our house for some time for small repairs and tune ups. We did just have to bite the bullet and replace our AC and furnace and we only looked to one company. Micah Is very knowledgeable of what would be the best solution for our house and our budget and his technicians did a great job in the install. I highly recommend Phoenix Energy solutions for any HVAC work. They have a customer for life

  I was looking for a company to install a new solar electric system for my home so I did my research and I contacted 6 companies for bids. After all the appointments I had narrowed it down to two companies, Phoenix being one of them. I had many questions and I emailed Micah, the owner, several times and he would always reply without delay. He was always very attentive and answered my multitude of questions and was patient to explain everything. He was very flexible and did not try to steer me in any direction of what I wanted, he just gave me his opinion of what would be best, the pros and cons. Imagine that, a contractor giving a customer what they wanted without any pressure at a great price. I let Micah know that I was ready to have his company do the job and he promptly got things rolling. He knew how to deal with HOA’s and he was able to provide all the paperwork I needed to get my project approved. I was very impressed with the way the company delivered what they had promised. All appointments prior to and after the contract were all met on time and I never had any cancellations or no shows. All his employees were very polite, prompt, clean, and above all professional. He has one employee, Barak, who leads the solar installation and I could tell he really knew what he was doing and was very good at what he did. One thing I like to do to get an idea of how a company is run, is to ask the employees how they like working for the company. Everyone I spoke to had nothing but kind words for Micah and said they really liked working for him. That really showed up in their workmanship, friendliness, and finished product. In my field of work I have to deal with hiring and working with contractors. From what I have learned in my 30 years is that only about 20% of contractors are dishonest, 60% do an average job, and 20% do great work and go out of their way to please the customer. Phoenix Energy Solutions is hands down in the top 10%. If I ever need any HVAC work or solar again, I would not hesitate to call them. Thanks again Micah for the attention given to the customer and all the hard work of your professional employees. Every contractor should strive to be like your company.
