  Amazing service. I called at 9am and my water heater was completely replaced by 2pm, including a leaking pipe they fixed at no extra charge. They will always have my business.

  I really can't say if they are any good or not to be honest. If you have an issue, they won't call you back! I have called them on 3 separate occasions and NEVER received a call back so I started using Thompson in Warren. Super responsive and courteous.

  I called for service because my furnace wouldn't come on. The tech arrived two hours later and fixed my issue within thirty minutes. Nice tech who is very knowledgeable.
