  Worst customer service. Had a new build house, my contractor Carpenters Unlimited used this company. Every bill has been paid on my house including 5 draws by carpenters unlimited and a final change order. I learned I had an intern that installed my plumbing, 3 leaks within a year on the house, installed wrong. I sent a video of another leak to the owner of this company and he is beyond disrespectful and takes no ownership of their mistakes. I said I would pay if this was a problem that I have caused. He lies to his employees. Use Arlington hardware. As you will see with the response, he will bully you.

  So many things wrongly stated by Ms. Tester. The “intern” was a 4th year apprentice plumber who is legally and very capable of plumbing on his own. The leaks were from failed components supplied and installed by another contractor. No ownership was given as the component failure was not ours. We simply showed up to repair this leak, performed the service, and then she didn’t want to pay us; felt it should be warranty. I have no idea what she is taking about with regard to me lying to my employees. This is simply a fabrication. This woman is a contractor killer. Carpenters Unlimited put a lien on her new house as a result of her in ability to work through issues and failure to make payments. My next call will be to Arlington Hardware to ensure they stay as far away from this homeowner as possible. My other 5-star ratings are a more realistic example of the work we do and our integrity. The true definition of bullying is when someone has lying tendencies, sends emails and texts at all hours of the day & weekends, forces someone to concede to warranties that are not their responsibility, and tells someone what they will and will not pay for.

  PHE worked on a few things in our house and did professional quality work each time. They worked with our home warranty company to put a new furnace in and even worked with me to put a different style thermostat in. Would recommend to anyone needing hvac or plumbing work.

  PHE has been a savior for Alsum Farms and Produce countless times over the years!! Excellent service and have a large inventory of parts on their shelves which allow us to keep our plant running with less downtime. Everyone in the office is always so welcoming and accommodating!
