Horrible and unsafe! Please do not use. They literally could have killed us. We used them through our home warranty, huge mistake. They replaced our furnace. They did not get a permit, even though they charged us for one. A few months later it had completely stopped working. Turns out they installed the flue wrong. What was even worse was that a reputable contractor found that they had run the gas line wrong, such that friction would have eventually caused us a gas leak. Best case we would have smelled gas, worst case it would have blown up our house.

This company is terrible, the guy that came out was rude and told us we needed a new furnace after looking at it for exactly 2 mins. Never once hooked up a meter to my furnace or did a thorough look. He wrote the work up as "modification" in our warranty paperwork so it would not be covered and it seems he had done this for years to mulitiple people as I have read on previous reviews. It is January and I have been completely without heat for 7 days and no resolution in the near future. If your waranty company sends this contractor deny them immediately.

I put in a service request to my home warranty insurance company. Premier was assigned my request. I sent a text to Premier the next day inquiring as to when they would be be getting to my request. The technician promptly replied back and scheduled for later that same day. The grate/grill that covers the fan compartment on my AC condenser cracked/broke due to age and the cooling capability of the unit seemed to be lacking. The tech charged the unit with freon and indicated that the insurance company probably wouldn't cover the cracked grate/grill. He went on to more-or-less say that he could only do what the insurance company agreed to cover, anything else would be at the home owner's expense. He didn't push added/extra services, rather offered advice on some simple maintenance that I should perform to improve the operation of the unit.
