  NO CALL BACK! I had a frozen pipe that burst. I left a vm and entered my number for the pager. When we did not get a response in 30 min, my husband then paged them again. I did not get a call back that evening, nor did I get a call the following business day to see if I still needed help. It should not matter what time, or if a football game is on the TV,. I had an emergency!

  Nice people to deal with They are reasonably priced on their equipment, parts & installation! We lost our heat & they came out right away & fixed it. They installed our boiler, generator, water heater, & redid our zone valves so we won't lose our heat any time soon!

  Walked in off the street couple weeks ago - our water heater was finally going down - within 5 hours we had a new one. Friendly and informative. They had to come back and check on a post-installation issue - very prompt about that. Great experience for a major purchase!
