I purchased my house in 2018 and I inherited Petro from previous owner. I must say they are indeed a reputable company that is until their customer service center went to Long Island,NY. I used to call and get great service now you call and are on hold for a lengthy period of time and the person who is supposed to provide customer service needs better skills and training. However, when the techs come out they are very professional and knowledgeable and get to the issue promptly and efficiently. I love them! My regular service guy is the best.

Petro has been dependable and prompt in their service! We appreciate their automatic oil delivery especially during these cold months. Petro also has excellent customer service and they even have payment plans.

RAN OUT OF OIL (even though I have auto fill)...without oil for over 24hrs and when I finally got through to a service agent (after waiting over 2 hours on hold!!) they could only provide a 3 hour window that would be at least 5 hours! I then called service agent to see if there was anything they could do to expedite the situation and she said she would have a manager contact me...needless to say that was over 2 hours ago and no one has contacted me and I am still without oil. I will DEFINITELY be changing companies asap...sorry but if you have auto fill and it runs dry there has to be some sort of accountability as well as priority to help resolve...granted, it sounds like it is happening to all their customers to they are just not prepared and so I will find someone that can handle things. UPDATE: I did receive an emergency "fill" last night at 8:30pm (6 1/2 hrs after contacting) but it only lasted until this morning so I am without oil yet again prior to the proper fill which has yet to arrive even though we called first thing this morning to report that we were out again and to insure that we were going to get our truck delivery today. This was all prior to your response to my review and I did "try" to contact your rep to discuss my review and after waiting 30 minutes for a call back I was then informed that a manager was unavailable to talk to me right now but they would get back to me. Maybe spend more time actually providing customer service than worrying about your reviews.
