  Had PTAC installed 6 months ago. During process saw the one review… 5 stars. Not thinking that after all these years in business and only 1 person left a review. Oh well… now I know he deletes reviews so read this while you can. He installed an UNDERSIZED unit, called my wife a liar to her face and lied to be that he couldn’t get as good of price from his distributor even though it was cheaper at Lowe’s. Had different HVAC company come out and asked me if they wanted the PTAC secured to the wall with the package of screws left behind the cover with the mounting instructions!!! He didn’t level the unit or program it either. Glad it didn’t fall on a kid or anything. Now having to pay someone to correct his work!!!

  Called to get my mini split vacuumed and leak checked, I installed myself, he said he didn't want to take the liability because he didn't install the system. So I guess if you have a system installed by anyone else they won't touch it due to "liability" which I really don't understand. Kinda like going to a mechanic and him telling you I can't work on your vehicle because someone else has.

  You have to respect an owner that will bypass the easy money to treat his customer honestly. I called Mike yesterday with an HVAC unit making a thumping noise. He told me that it sounded like it had ice on the blades. Instead of him coming out and charging me $200 to knock some ice off he told me how to do it. I took care of it easily. Thank you so much, Mike!
