  Was advised the job cost would be between $1250 and $1500. Received invoice for $1463 as a lump sum. The company sent two men out two different times. They worked about four hours each time. This would appear to be about 16 hours of labor not 24 as told to me by the lady at your office. After receiving the first invoice, I called and left a message asking for documentation to support how the invoice was arrived at. No response. Later received another bill for more money and still no explanation to support how the lump sum was arrived at. I called their office again and I was told they don't provide documentation to support how their invoices are arrived at as most people "don't care". The person I spoke with was unclear how the invoice was arrived at and could not give me a straight answer. I explained I never received a response to my inquiry for information to support how the lump sum was arrived at. This person finally agreed to waive the additional charge. As I explained to the lady at your business, this could have been handled much differently if someone would have simply responded to my request for information to support how the lump sum was arrived at.

  I called late Tuesday morning because my furnace wouldn’t heat above 62 degrees. I was told they would try to send someone out in the afternoon, or definitely the next day. Alex called mid afternoon and arrived shortly thereafter. He pinpointed the problem in a few minutes and was able to make the repairs within a short time frame. Very professional, very knowledgeable and very helpful by instructing me on preventing problems in the future. Thank you! So appreciate your help!

  Called today around 12:30 and someone was here within the hour. Our unit is 2 years old and still under warranty. They had the part in their vehicle. He wasn't even here but barely a half an hour! He was so polite and efficient! I can't for the life of me remember the techs name. It might have been Jack? Very very impressed!
