  Had reached out for help with a fireplace. Got an immediate response, fair quote, an appropriate timeline for wait on products, great service, responsiveness to questions, and professional / safe installation and a great product / feature for our home. Would use again, highly recommend, they do it right / safe!

  I never have to worry when I call Pestinger's. They always complete the work in a timely fashion. And, maintain top quality work. My furnace stopped working during the coldest day this year. It ended up being a slightly plugged orifice that would have already been cleaned if I had not tried to save a few dollars by not having them clean my furnace this fall. Lesson learned, and after my call to them, they had a service man out to my house in 30 minutes, had it fixed; along with several other checks and cleaning. It was $120. Not bad for an emergency call. I would have paid less if I had them clean in the fall. Again, lesson learned. They may not be the cheapest in town. However, neither is the quality of their employees and the work they do. Thanks Pestinger's. In my opinion, You're the best!

  Great local owned company. Service is great. Not only used them for my home AC and heading needs, used them where I worked before I retired. Installed two complete units in 1991 that were still running fine when I had them replaced in 2017. Just wanted more efficient units. Lenox is a great brand.
