  We have been through a few mechanical companies that were probably 3-4 stars but what separates PMI from the rest is their ability to solve problems and quickly. I run a SNF here in Sacramento and whether it's 1 Am or 4 PM, they get individuals out here to solve crisis situations as soon as possible. Byron is an all star. Every company should try and hire someone like him. Their mechanics seem to always have our best interest in heart and their response time is incredible. Jess KILLS at scheduling things, one of the most responsive companies, largely due to her and Byron. I have and will continue to recommend them to every individual that needs to have servicing on a business that they own.

  This company has wild employees who cuts people on the road just to get faster to point B. One of their employee cut me on his work truck on highway 49 i was driving with my kids. He pushed my car away of the road almost causing car accident I’m glad no one was on the wrong lane driving towards my car. I had my kids inside. So I called the company left a msg about their driver and what he did no one call me back. Wouldn’t recommend that company only because of their employees not knowing how to drive and respect other on the road.

  ENTER WITH CAUTION!!! You can find Better organization within staffing, planning, and executing what is suppose to be being done. When the company starts paying employees better they will see better results. It’s a cluster of a company. Employees are either undertrained rookies that have no idea what they are doing or lazy “tradesman” that have worked there for years and years and seen very comfortable in their position doing minimal work. When you combine all of this together there is a certain amount of unprofessionalism that’s hard to ignore. Get someone else to get the job done
