  12/10 recommend this company. Mason and John came out at 8 in the morning to fix my unit and installed my new thermostat. They answered all 1000 of my questions with ease, they got everything fixed SO QUICK. Michelle was so friendly when I called at 8pm the night before to ask for an appointment. They are gold star service. If you’re reading these reviews to see who to call, CALL THEM. they are worth every penny!

  Our heat wasn’t working correctly for over a month. I had been dealing with another company that whole time and finally had enough. I called Performance Heating & Cooling and they came out the next day. Derek came and found our problem almost immediately. He was very friendly & professional. He offered us several options and let us choose the one we wanted. He fixed our problem and our heat has worked better than it has in a very long time. We used to keep the thermostat on 74° in the winter and now we can keep it on 72° and still stay warm. I highly recommend Performance and will definitely use them again. They also offer maintenance which I will also be using.

  Derek came to our house on Jan 12th and was amazing! The company kept us in the loop on everything. Our electrical boards were fried from a lightning strike surge and they were very fast and responsive to make sure we had heat during the cold Temps. They even left us a space heater to ensure our house didn't get too cold! Derek even played with my dog and was very attentive to our needs and showing us how to use the new thermostat installed. I definitely would recommend this company and will use them in the future for any needs with our unit.
