  I was very pleased with our furnace replacement. Pricing was fair. The technicians arrived on time, worked efficiently, kept me informed and left the utility room spotless. Would definitely recommend.

  Performance Heating & Air does fantastic work at reasonable prices. Tom's people are efficient, careful, and clean - a rare combination. We needed them to install a new HVAC unit for us in the midst of the heat wave. We shopped around, but were happiest with Tom's expertise and he quoted us a reasonable price. The crew arrived early, worked fast, and left no trace that they had been in the room. The new unit works perfectly. They even had new covers fabricated for our exterior vents, to keep the critters out, at only a small additional fee. I will contact Performance first (and only) with any future heating and cooling concerns.

  We called Performance Heating and Air on a Tuesday morning when our air conditioner was frozen. They provided prompt, professional service. Everyone we interacted with, from the office staff to the technicians, were very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Due to the age of the HVAC it was recommended to have it replaced. We were given excellent service and have been very happy with the work that was done! Thank you!
