  Our rental and rehab company has been doing business with Performance Air Conditioning and Heating, LLC for approximately 6 years now. Mike is a person of good character and has been excellent to work with. Very knowledgeable and has always gone above and beyond for us. We very much appreciate having him as a resource.   Mike and his team have done work for many years for my house and at my rental houses. Price is fair and competitive and communication is good. He explains what the problems are and lays out options as if he were in your shoes making repair decisions.
