  I really don't have enough bad things to say about Perfectaire. This is one of the most unprofessional places to work with. We've used Perfectaire a few times over the past few years. For starters you can never get them to show up for a scheduled appointment. If they do happen to show up, the work is always done incorrectly. I am not sure what two-bit operation they are running but stay far away from these shysters.

  Worst customer service. They sell you the expensive system, you pay for the $1000+ yearly service contract, make the appt months in advance, CONFIRM the appt the week of, and then they dont show up. No call, no apologies. they just reschedule. Total disregard.
