  CAUTION!!! THIS COMPANY WILL MILK YOU FOR ALL THE MONEY THEY CAN! (They get one star for providing us a temporary A/C) We requested service the first time and without verifying the problem was fixed, charged us $180. I called for a verification because our Central Air was not working. They said it was the condenser which cost us another $2,500. Then, we realized that the AC was overworked during the middle of the dog days and the EXCUSES I received were ridiculous. Not to mention he took my 2 week old filter without letting me personally inspect it then sent the picture to someone else. I requested they bring it back and I was told they would but never showed up. The recommendation was to have our coil cleaned which they offered to do for another $350. I declined and decided to do the work myself just to find that the build up was not significant. Had I said, "yes" they would have charged me for it which would not have fixed the problem and I realized these service persons are not professionals by definition. Had they diagnosed the problem correctly, they would have done the work right the first time. The $2,500 was justified however, I believe it could have been diagnosed much easier and thoroughly the first time. Don't waste your time with this company. Hire professionals with a better reputation.

  Showed up within their scheduled window of service. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it asap! Definitely recommend them.

  Very professional company, very knowledgeable. We found them through our home warranty company. They kept in complete contact with us from the minute we put in our claim, and even reached out after the service was completed. I won't use anyone else!
