Peregrine was professional and answered all our questions. They offered options. George was our installer and he was very professional as well. When he was done, he reviewed everything with me. The installation looks great -- inside and out. He cleaned up afterwards and we are very pleased with everyone that was working on our project.

Ok... So... WOW! Im not a review type of guy, but this company really deserves one! I really didn't want to throw money into a new heating and cooling system. But always having to fill up furnace oil 2-3 times a year, and having to recharge my A/C unit outside during every summer, it was just time. I happened to be at the Plymouth house/home show, and came across their booth. So I stopped and talked to a nice guy named Cory Seeders. This guy was very easy to talk to, wasn't pushy at all, and answered all of my questions to the T! I was very impressed. So after a couple months went by, Cory had called to check up on me. He didn't bug me every day like most sales people do. After answering more of my questions, I simply invited him out to my house to give me an estimate. Very professional. Took his shoes off when he entered my home, and asked me where he can put his equipment so it would be out of the way. He ran a couple tests testing for Carbon monoxide, ect. Long story short, the day that Cory Seeders left my home, he quickly called me with the cost of a new Heating/Cooling Unit. That came with a very small system for my basement that takes up as much room as a suit case, a new unit for outside my home, and even a touch screen thermostat. You want to talk about stupid crazy affordable for everything that I received!!!! Install was very quick and STILL, very professional. Cory came out with his installation professionals, and made sure everything was up to par! He took the time to come out the very next day and show me how to work everything. Not to mention all the benefits and warranties that came with everything that I had received. I will refer anyone I know, or even a stranger that I hear is looking for Heating/Cooling maintenance, or looking for a new system! Thank You so much Cory Seeders and all of the Peregrine Heating/Cooling Family. You have a life long and completely satisfied customer!!!!!! SM Macy IN

I had a very bad experience I had with Peregrine recently. I called for a quote and was told they would call me right back after talking with a tech, but I heard nothing. I called again the next day and got an appointment set up for the following Monday afternoon. On Monday, the tech said he came in - saw what he thought was the issue - and thought that he probably should have just declined the service as it was over his breadth of knowledge... but decided to just try fixing anyway. Then he was attempting to open some valves and turned to far and broke them. He then said "I thought I should have stopped, but still just decided to turn again". TWICE he felt his "expertise" was not up to par, but tried anyway. This is not how a professional acts. The broken valve started then raining antifreeze from the ceiling. The tech said he didn't know what to do and couldn't fix it. SO LEFT IT LIKE THAT. I have pets and small children in my home - this was a MAJOR hazard! He left it raining a waterfall of antifreeze in my basement at 3pm Monday - and I had to call another company in (now) an emergency situation to come fix it. The other company's tech walked in in disbelief and was astounded that a tech left it this way. He walked across the room and turned a different valve - which IMMEDIATELY stopped the antifreeze flow. And was able to fix our issue in a relatively short time. Now, I am stuck with an emergency heating/cooling bill, that shouldn't have had to be this way all because Peregrine's tech just thought he'd "try anyway" even when he said (after the fact) that he hadn't felt qualified. A few days later, I contacted Peregrine about any financial assistance that could be provided because our rush to remedy what their tech broke and the antifreeze hazard left in my home.... and they said they had no responsibility for their tech's lack of confience and knowledge and would not own up to the mistake. Will NEVER use again. And definitely would not recommend anyone to use them. Poor knowledge and even poorer customer service!!
