  I wasn't happy about my experience. They were reasonably priced and seemed knowledgeable. I didn't think my technician was very nice. He seemed very interested in just getting me a new furnace. But his diagnosis was accurate and I was able to get the repair done. The office manager reached out the next day and provided great service and attempted to restore my trust. Overall it wasn't a terrible exp just wasn't great either.

  Matt did his usual good job. Was on-time, professional and took his time explaining the process. He performed some extra maintenance on the humidifier that worked out well. He has been our technician for a number of years. He knows our system and we know him.

  We had several neighbors recommend Penguin when our furnace was acting up. They all said Penguin was reliable and reasonable. They were right!! The service tech (Allen) came the same day and charged a very reasonable rate. He took care of the problem quickly and left me feeling confident that the problem had been resolved. I would highly recommend them!!
