  Our furnace failed on a cold night during our first week with a newborn in the house. We called 9 contractors, all of whom were booking out at least a week or flat out not taking any new customers. Peak Mechanical was able to send someone out to our house, after hours, 1 hour after we called. Dave Lavigne was able to get our furnace back up and running that night, order a part to prevent it from happening again, as well as doing basic safety checks so we could feel safe in the house. We quickly requested to be added to the annual inspection call list. They will be our first call from now on! The contrast in responsiveness and professionalism between this contractor and the others we called tonight was staggering. I had to write this review immediate to pay a debt of gratitude.

  I had to have my furnace replaced today in the middle of a snowstorm and thought I'd have to spend a night or two in a hotel with my wife and young child. Despite horrible road conditions, Peak still came out to my home and replaced the unit, TODAY! They were extremely friendly and got the job done in just a few hours. Darla called me twice during the ordeal and was super caring and helpful! Sharky and Dylan, the installation specialists, were both great! Overall great experience!

  Their lead tech Terry came out, diagnosed the problem quickly and showed us problems with the system we didn't know existed. This was after another company told us it was fine; further research, Terry was correct.
