So far, so good, ISAAC! You and Julian did an AWESOME job installing my new unit. I love the look of the new unit; it's hefty & looks very high-tech compared to my old XE 1000 20-year-old unit. Just like you said, It's pretty quiet, unlike my old unit. I can't even tell it's running. It's HOT in Georgia, and I'm looking forward to seeing how “YORK” handles GA summers! Thank you for sharing the data & information features about the interior & exterior temperatures displayed On the thermostat. Tell your mother thanks for sending me her BEST!!

Peach State came out and diagnosed the issue on the same day that we reported it to them. They ordered the part that day and came out to fix the problem as soon as the part arrived. Their technician was personable, professional, and respectful of our time. We have needed their assistance twice and they performed identically well both times.
