  Absolutely wonderful honest people! If I could give them 10 stars ⭐ I would, did an outstanding job on troubleshooting and installation of our new unit we will never use anyone else! Great communication throughout the entire process we are beyond pleased and thankful for all they have done. Thanks guys!

  Our heat went out last week. We tried calling out a repair person twice and they never showed. We googled Payne Heating and he told us he would be out the next day. He called and showed up on time. Very nice and professional got the job done fast and was honest in his findings and recommendations. He gets 5 stars and we will be using him again for all our heating and ac needs.

  Very satisfied. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Extremely professional, knowledgeable, sincere, prompt, efficient and experienced. Explained everything clear, concise and understandably to allow me to make decisions and then ask for advice. My experience: My unit went out on a Friday night, I called Mr. Payne first thing Saturday morning and he was there in an hour. Identified issue, explained it and made temporary repair to get AC until I could make decision on purchase plan. Unit was replaced within 3 business days.
