Paxton was awesome he came and looked at our breaker that was bad and he was very up front and honest with us which I completely respect. They were very nice people and worked with us on things I for sure would use their services again. If you want someone who is straight forward and won't say anything just to get your money then Paxton is the place you should go I can't thank them truly enough for their help.

I called Paxton from Florida as I was on vacation. RPU turned off our power as we had an issue with our meter. Paxton was very cordial and responsive and took care of us as soon as they could. They did good work and were very professional. The only reason that I did not give them a 5 star rating is that they did not give me any sense of how much it would cost. I would have appreciated that very much but they did not. I would recommend them for their work but make sure and have them delineate clearly the items they were going to charge you for.

The service from this company was fantastic. From prompt scheduling to the technicians that came to my home, they were all really great. Pricing was much higher than expected though. I wired a new dimmer switch incorrectly which was causing a breaker to trip. The tech diagnosed and fixed the issue in under an hour and the bill was over $300.

As a small business, our reputation is everything to us, including our livelihood (it's how we feed our families) and we take your feedback very seriously. I apologize if you had a different expectation on pricing or if you feel that we may have failed to properly set expectations before the work began. When we dispatch a team to your home, one member is a highly-skilled technician, the other is a state licensed electrician. They are dispatched in a fully stocked truck that has almost all of the tools and equipment necessary to resolve nearly any electrical problem on site. As you can imagine, there are significant costs associated with that: the truck, the gas, the licensing & training, the insurance, health insurance, tools, the office team, the taxes, etc... Not to mention the actual time it will take the technician to perform the diagnostics necessary to provide you an accurate quote, so there are no surprises once the work begins. All in, it's a substantial amount of time, including drive time and the diagnostics of an expert electrician, plus the overhead previously mentioned. We truly hope you'll read this and reach out if you have any additional questions or comments so that we can discuss your experience and figure out ways to make it better in the future.
