Paulson did a phenomenal job at not only completing a thorough cleaning of our air vents but Jake and the rest of the crew were very on point from the customer service all the way to the install of the furnace itself. Jake took his time and answered all of our questions and was very good at explaining everything. Highly recommend them. Very Professional

Paulson Air was there from Financing to Installation. FTL Financing made all this possible through Microf and Morgan Forrest. With the unity between these four companies I got approved. My credit at this stage is horrible I was actually expecting not to get approved as was the case with any other financial institutions but my mindset was what do I have to loose. I got disapproved through FTL but they got me approved through Microf. The whole process and every representative I spoke to all made this happen in what seemed only like a day. The whole process is very easy and all companies involved are very helpful and full of wisdom and guidance to help you and your family stay warm through an emergency crisis such as the loss of a furnace. What I thought was going to be a nightmare turned into a heart felt dream all thanks to Paulson Air, FTL, Microf, and Morgan Forrest. From getting approval for financing to installation it took only two days. Paulson Air has definitely gained a life long customer for years to come.

The only reason it isn't a 1 star is because of the Tech Allen they sent out to help. Allen did amazing work every time he was here. The customer service is no customer service, I got more updates from the the tech over the past 3 months than the office! I used Paulson because there was a sticker on our GEO unit. We just bought the house and new to Mitchell. I have been waiting on a pump now for 3 weeks, well I found it @ the local store, installed it and it took me all of 15 minutes. So I'm really confused as to what the hold up was in getting this replaced.
