  Had them out to work at my place of employment. They were here 3 times, ended up making things worse and never fixed the problem. After the third time we called someone else. Had them out to my personal residence very shortly after this. Again it took 3 visits. They charged us 3x more then the listed price on Google for parts. The technician was rude. When confronted on these issues they said "we got your heat working and that was our goal, so we're good with what we've done." They lost not one but 2 customers today. Sad.

  They were great. Did exactly what they promised, great communication. The installers were so polite. Very pleased!

  Called in the morning and they were on-site within and hr. Fixed my issue, didn't take long and got the heat working again. Thankful for their quick response, given the furnace nearly melted.
