  The owner installed a new furnace and AC for us less than 4 years ago. Our AC died in May of last year and I tried calling and leaving text messages over several days finally gave up and called another service dealer who charged me $480.00 to fix it. I then tried a couple of times more and his mailbox was always full. Then this year our AC died again so I tried again to contact Mr. Paulino when he answered the phone he said that he would have to get to his office tomorrow and call me - he never called me so I tried calling him again and his mailbox was full again and he never answered my text messages again. If your're smart stay, far, far away. He just brushed me off. He did the install, got paid, and that was it for him - no customer service at all. And anyone who doesn't clean out their mailbox does so for a reason. FYI: The system is a Lenox and the other company who fixed it last year and this year is giving me better service than this company has even tried too. They have been dealing with Lenox to get the parts. Paulino can't even return a call or text.
