Nothing but an exceptional experience. Shipped them my computer because I’m from out of town and they took care of everything. Communicated with me very well, solved the problem in a timely manner and provided top notch customer service. Very impressed and would definitely go to them again in the future if I need their services!

We decided we wanted NFL Network added to our already existing cable package. I called at 5:25, (office closes at 5:30) Thursday evening and it was ready to go before that night's game! Happy family!

Unbelievably hard to get service stopped and disconnected after my mother passed away. Was not informed any equipment was needed to be returned in any of the calls or emails with customer service representative. I would advise putting on the website all steps that need to taken before you will consider service disconnected and account closed for those of us who do not live near your office. Talking to customer service didn't cover all the bases.
