  I got home and had no ac. I called Paul Allen H & C and within an hour the problem was diagnosed and fixed. I had previously contacted a bigger weller known outfit who didn't do the job correctly, however Paul just fixed the issue without disparaging the other company. That spoke volumes to me along with the price, speed and the RESULTS they furnished my family with. No ac in late July isn't fun. I will use them every time in the future.

  Paul Allen came in, did an amazing job replacing our furnace. The were very helpful explaining what was wrong with our 15 year old furnace. Offered to fix it, they did. Didn't try to force a new furnace on us. We still had other issues of it cycling, not worth any more repairs. Installed a new furnace in a few hours and has been running great! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

  Paul Allen Heating and Cooling has fixed/serviced my aging HVAC system on several occasions over many years, usually after it has quit and the house is getting very hot or very cold. He has always been able to diagnose the problem quickly and get things running correctly again. He has always provided prompt, professional service at a reasonable price. He’s who I call when I have furnace and air conditioning problems. I definitely would recommend him.
