  We called Patriot Heating and Air to get a quote for acquiring and installing a split AC / Heat unit in our Florida Room at the back of our house. They responded quickly and Kenny and his helper arrived a few days later, surveyed our needs and measured our room. Kenny came back with 3 different choices all with reasonable prices. We chose the best one, gave him a check. A few days later the unit was delivered and installed. I especially appreciate Kenny's attention to detail and his high quality of workmanship. Very professional and polite. I would highly recommend using this company.

  Saying that the service was top notch would be an understatement. I'm currently in a desert with limited access on what is going on at home. I received a phone call that my AC was not working and had a friend make a phone call to Phil. The time frame from when the call was made to when he reached my house was maybe 45 minutes to an hour. Keep in mind this is around 8pm at night which kept him from family time. About 45 minutes later he had my AC running again leaving everyone at my house comfortable again. Thank you Phil.

  After I had one company tell me I needed a new unit, I decided to get another opinion. Phil diagnosed and fixed my problem for far less than replacing the unit. Phil and his team are knowledgeable, clean, and fair priced. Thank you again for being a honest contractor!
