  A neighbor recommended Patriot Air and I’m so glad they did. Our furnace stopped working and the temps were dropping quickly in the house. I was able to schedule an appointment and the tech arrived shortly after I had called to schedule. Scott Carrozza was amazing! His customer service was excellent, he answered all of my questions and even taught me a thing or two. Highly recommend!

  This is one of the best companies we have ever done business with. They are honest and responsive to whatever we need. They have the nicest people working for them. Every one of them that came to our house did a good job. The person answering the phones and scheduling is also friendly and helpful. They have installed new furnace/ac as well as 2 new water heaters. They maintain all of it with a yearly service contract. This is a five star company.

  Highly recommend this company. Scott has been our technician for 2 years now. He explains what he is doing, he is kind, and enjoys his work. He educates and thinks about what I could experience until my next visit. The scheduling process is seamless and you are alerted when they are en route to your home. They are considerate of knowing what is needed (example: they ensure the temperature is right outside so they can truly do all that needs to be done on the A/C tune up - this honesty reassures me they are not cutting corners). Even being a little earlier in the season, Scott let me know a couple items I may come across and how to handle! Price is reasonable and just having trust in a company is hard to come by. Can’t say it enough, Highly recommend!
