  Workers showed up to install a new water heater. Water heater that they brought would not fit so they tore up the door frame to fit it in and left a complete mess with a door that will no longer close. Contacted company to complain and they have yet to resolve. Will update.

  Charged me for half an hour over original estimate when they were only here 10 minutes longer and that is including time to get paid. I even asked if I could call the payment in. They insisted they had to call the payment in. At $80 an hour. Have $1000s plumbing to be done. Will be choosing a different plumber for the rest of the jobs. Techs were nice enough and explain the job very well

  Great service. I had a massive water leak on Christmas evening. Jacob was there within an hour to fix the issue. Extremely professional work.
