  Tom was friendly, helpful and kind. He was able to fix my intial problem. When I inquired about potential maintenance concerns because of the age of the house he was knowledgeable, but not pushy to sell me unnecessary services. He made me feel comfortable to have in my home in his demeanor and appearance.

  I have used Passinnini for 20 years. They are always prompt, fair, and clean. This time I had an emergency with my water heater and it needed replaced. I went with the tankless variety. This saves so much space and hot water never runs out. Why didn’t I do this before?
