  Collin and Brandon were great. They worked as a team and quickly set up and had the process going in a short time. They both answered every question that I had and even let me watch to learn about how it was done. I got to see the cameras realtime as they were inspecting and doing the large debris vacuuming. They were super transparent which made me feel good about the cleaning and sanitizing. I would definitely recommend.

  James did an in home evaluation of our HVAC system and provided us with 4 options for replacing our entire system. Josh and crew showed up 2 days later and that afternoon our new system was up and running. The following day the duct cleaning and sealing crew did there job. All the workers were polite, well- mannered and considerate. They were professional, disciplined, and did the work. I recommend bonuses! We are extremely happy. All the dust floating in the air is gone. I would highly recommend Pass One Hour Heating and Air to anyone wanting quality workmanship. And it's great supporting a business that supports our Veterans.

  Very personal service these techs are the best they explain everything there are no hidden charges. Ricky went above and beyond yesterday in helping me find a leak Great job Ricky so appreciated. Very polite and respectable. Look forward to seeing Ricky in the future.
