  Worksmanship was great, communication and value was not. We met in person twice to go over the project. I received a quote after the first visit and wasn't made aware of any changes to the quote on the second. Additionally, during the two day job that myself and my wife were home for, no communication was made regarding changes to the scope or cost of the work. Our final bill was nearly $500 more than the quote, approximately %15 increase. Initially though, we received two bills for ~$800 more than the quote and when I asked why there was a difference the response I received was that "you owe a $2k deposit which you did not pay prior to start of work". This was odd because in person I specifically asked more than once if I needed to provide a deposit to hold the calendar date and start the job and I was told it wouldn't be necessary. In the end, when I expressed that surprise billing isn't something we expect from a professional service, especially when they had 48 hours during the job to communicate in person, I received no response. I paid my bill and haven't had any additional communication with the company. Communication in general was problematic. I'd call, leave messages and hear nothing. I'd call, speak with a receptionist(secretary, wife?) and leave messages requesting a call back and I'd get none. I'd email, and instead of an email response, I'd get a text. I'd respond to texts and sometimes not get a text for days. If I call you, I expect a call back, not a random text message. If I email, I expect an email response. It was very peculiar, but again, quality of work was great, and we're happy.

  Really, we can't even get either Issac or his Dad to return a phone call, let alone set up and keep an appointment. They installed a brand new furnace and just want routine service.

  They came out right away. Even though we had no power to check the work, they are very knowledgeable.
