Parks has always been fair and honest with me regarding my heating and air needs. Several years ago, I thought I'd need a new system (another contractor told me this was the case) and they just replaced a part for a few hundred dollars and it worked great. They have serviced our HVAC ever since then. Two weeks ago, the compressor on one of our AC units finally died. Parks offered me a replacement compressor or a whole new unit at a reasonable price. There was no pressure from them about what to do. I decided to get a new unit, and they installed it within a few days. I highly recommend Sam Parks and his entire company.
