  I had a AC unit issue and did not know where to look for a good reputable company. So I started to google and stumbled upon Parker’s Heating and Cooling in Cairo, Ga. This company exemplifies great customer service from the first phone call all the way down to the initial technician visit. Troy was professional and knowledgeable. Parker’s Heating and Cooling company was on time and showed real genuine interest in helping me instead of helping themselves to my pockets. If you ever want to feel like family instead of customer number 12345 then my advise is to go with the hometown heroes. Parker’s Heating and Cooling company should be your one and only choice.

  Very pleased with the recent ac installation Parker's did for my family and I. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I will definitely refer them to anyone I know in need of ac installation or repair work. My hats off to the crew at Parker's!
