  I usually don't write online reviews, but my experience with Panther Creek AC needs to be published. I have a primary residence and two rent homes. I was having issues with one of my units at my primary residence. I called them out to have a look, and they said there was leak in the system somewhere but were unable to locate it. They recharged the system with refrigerant which got it working again. The next spring, the same thing happened. System not cooling, called them out, must be leaking, can't find the leak, recharged system, left, got billed again. Next spring, the same exact thing (including the 3rd time to be billed for a recharge), except the next day it wasn't working again. I called another company out, and within minutes, they had found the (their words) "massive leak in the coil". They ordered a new coil, replaced the coil and fixed it. One year later, everything still working fine. Virtually the same exact thing with one of my rent houses. For 2 straight springs, I called Panther Creek out to service a system that wasn't working. Apparent leak, can't find it, recharged it, got billed. Due to the issue I had on my primary residence this spring though, I didn't call Panther Creek a 3rd time. I called the other service company instead. They came out and said the system was massively overcharged and as a result, it had in fact damaged the compressor to the point it needed replacing. Either $2800 to replace the compressor (1 year warranty) or $4500 for an entirely new system (10 years). Just beware.

  Service came out last summer, serviced our units & supposedly cleaned them. New service who came out today said,”Hasn’t been cleaned in years!” 🤬 Beware!
