  Came home after Vacation and house was 40 degrees. Called Mark and he diagnosed the problem over the phone with me in minutes and had a service man here within 45 mins... called at 5pm and had heat by 6:30.. Great experience and will recommend and plan to use again in the future. Great price for an emergency call after regular business hours. I appreciate family businesses like this. Having someone you can count on is worth far more than just a cheaper price. Thank you guys for getting my family warm again!

  Excellent service all the way around! Great to work with! Used again tonight after 6pm to repair my elderly mother's furnace. There in 30 minutes! Matt went right to the problem and corrected it while explaining everything along the way answering all my questions. He is such an incredible asset to the company! I was able to rest feeling assured that she would be safe with such a thorough job!

  We had Paniccia Heating and Cooling Inc. come in to replace our old furnace and AC unit. When Mark came by for the quote, he was extremely thorough in explaining all the options and welcoming of any questions. Mark and his team were very courteous when working in our home. They arrived at the appointment time and got started immediately. They did a fabulous job cleaning the area up when they were finished. The team also answered any questions we had after installation. We will continue to use them, and we recommend their services to other.
