  Palmetto Air Solutions provided us with our new HVAC in June 2019 and did a great job. Late last evening, around 9 p.m., we noticed the house was very warm. I pulled up the original proposal I'd saved and dialed the mobile # for Chris Aylesworth. We weren't sure if someone would be able to come out that late but as we started to prepare to camp out downstairs for the evening their tech showed up. Put in a very quick fix and said he'd be back tomorrow with the right size part. Showed up this morning at the time he said he would and replaced it. I never even saw him, he didn't come to the door to ask me for money (I know parts were covered in the warranty but expected to have to pay labor.) This company truly cares about it's customers. When ours first went out in 2019 we spent several days in the heat without it as techs with our company at the time couldn't get out here. My husband didn't catch the name of the tech but through discussion was told he was expecting his third child. Whoever he is, along with Chris, provided the most outstanding customer service. I know where I'll be purchasing our next HVAC system, hopefully, much further out in the future. :-) Thanks so much to Chris and the technician!
