  I greatly recommend this company.They were very helpful. Service tech was on time and had our gas stove fixed in no time at all. I will call them again for any future appliance issues.

  Pleasant to talk to. Easy to make appointment. However that's were it ended. On the day of the appointment A complete NO SHOW. No phone call to let me know they were tied up and could not make it. The next day I get a phone call trying to reschedule, claiming the tech called in sick the day before. That is super poor customer care. They knew early in the day there man was out, yet no call to alert customers. No thank you I will not be using their service in the future. That rating is generous!

  I had used sid fulton for years but with covid they decided they no longer wanted to take care of the community so i gave paducah appliance a chance and im so glad i did! Cody came out and fixed my dryer within an hour! The price was good and the customer service was awesome! I will definitely be giving a call back!
