  Very professional and courteous from the start. From those who answer the phone right to the technical aspects of it. I needed to have my maintenance done and so glad I chose Pacific Heating & Air Conditioning. Exceptional knowledge and they answer questions efficiently with precision. I feel comfortable and safe knowing the service was done right and with professionals I can trust. Pacific Heating & Air Conditioning tech team did a great job and explained everything I need and making sure I understand everything being honest respectful, courteous, and professional.   The technician was incredibly professional and did a great job explaining everything about our tankless water heater system and the steps he was taking to clean it.He took the time to share photos of the cleaning process and shared areas within our water system that could pose issue in the future. He also brought in our trash cans from the street after garbage pick up! Very friendly!
