We had Insulation installed by Jonathan and Carlos, they were very professional and made sure all was clean. They were on time and kept us informed of everything. I totally recommend Pacific Aire for your heating and cooling needs.

Appointment was easy to book for next day. Technicians arrived on time and in clean uniforms. Both people were very friendly and personable. Though it took quite a while to diagnose the problem they were able to provide a temporary fix until parts could be ordered and installed. While I wish that there fees were less, they were not unfair.

We had Noah come to our house to perform the maintenance and he was very professional polite and on time. He was easy to talk to and provided a bunch of useful information on the current status of our system

The people from whom we bought our home had used Pacific Aire and we have continued.  They are the only company we have used for 20 years and have been pleased as they are so responsive when we have had a problem.  Today was no exception as we had our system's six month check-up.  Michael and Maki were prompt and very thorough and we are most pleased.  Their explanation of the work performed and the condition of our equipment were very helpful.
