  Thank you very much for being able to send Craig right away. So good to have heat again! I was very frustrated not being able to find my credit card I had just used before he came. Found it finally after a half hour search—in my bathrobe pocket . I was still wearing my bathrobe when I called P and P to have the tech come out and quickly put my street clothes on, leaving the credit card in the bathrobe pocket! Will call first thing in the morning to give you my credit card number. That you SO much!
