From the moment I called to final goodbye after a job well done. It was exceptional. Absolutely exceptional. We had a ductless system put in our 100 year old home. Saul, the salesman was so genuine and real. Marcel, the installer, was a throwback to excellent service from yesteryear. Marcel is worth his weight in gold. Whatever you (PK Wadsworth) are paying him, add 25%. He is invaluable.

Jake Turner and Saul Weinberg were awesome! They were professional, did a great job, gave a great quote and were able to assess my situation quickly. They were very thorough and spent time explaining things to me, and set me up for the very next day for a new furnace system. I would highly recommend this company!

Update Sep 2021: It took them 2+ months and 9 visits, but the installation is finally completed. Kudos to the last technician to visit, who happens to be the metalworker. Where was this person 2 months ago? All good now, deserves one more little star. Save yourself the headache. To summarize: communication = terrible, planning = terrible, craftmanship = varied (two separate instances where the next technicians almost electrocuted themselves do to the previous work done). 2/12 seems to know what they are doing... not great odds :/ ____ It’s been 3 weeks and 5 visits and our new furnace and AC install is still not completed. We’re getting a little tired of all the interruptions. We’re in a one story small house, I assumed it would be pretty straight forward. We had AC working, not heat. Then we had heat working but no AC. Air filter is still duct taped to the return vent with no permanent solution in sigth. One technician almost electrocuted himself. I wish they would still send electricians, would feel safer. This whole time there have been no communication or any sort of effort to organize a rectification from Wadsworth, I have made 8 phone calls. The first technician said that I had no agree to pay before they left. I wish I hadn’t but I felt I had no choice. At least we got some great cookies in the mail. Not really worth the price. We had working AC for 2 weeks, that was great: hope we can have it back. Update: Another 2 weeks has passed and I have heard nothing form Wadsworth about any plan to finalize the HVAC installation that was stared a month ago. Airfilter still ductaped in place between air return box and furnace. Not impressed with this company, very dissatisfied and disappointed.
