  I was there to make a commercial lift gate delivery of equipment. The business is located on a hill and is housed in a large residential property,,,unloading is difficult for a 3000 pound piece of machinery. There in a forklift available although no one there can use it,,, I would venture to say that it's at least 45 years old and in a sad state. I could hardly keep it running, all fluids are low or empty. I did eventually get it to their landing. This facility is not equipped to handle a delivery of this type. All that being said,,,all staff were very kind,,,just not able to help.
