Oyboy's technician, Josh, was more than capable, more than competent, more than professional. Josh let me know what was happening all along the way, letting me know how long things would take and ... how much noise he'd be making (like drilling into the walls to install A/C lines)! The systems installed are quiet and efficient. Our family highly recommends the Oyboy family for your families needs.
